中国红包控股有限公司（股票代码：08316，香港联交所GEM上市）于7月17日发布公告，拟寻求股东授权回购最多占已发行股本总数10%的股份。据公告披露，公司当前已发行股本共计约9.53亿股，若回购授权在股东大会上获得通过，公司将获准按不超过约9533.76万股的规模进行股份购回。
公告显示，公司拟于2026年8月19日（星期三）上午10时正于香港九龙观塘成业街27号日昇中心6楼8室召开股东周年大会，提交回购授权事宜供全体股东审议。回购资金预计将来自公司的内部资源，回购行为将依据开曼群岛相关法律及香港联交所GEM上市规则进行。公司董事会认为，本次回购可在不对公司日常运营及资金状况造成重大不利影响的前提下，优化资本结构，并认为回购股份有助于提升每股盈利及股东回报。公告同时披露，过去12个月内中国红包股价的最高价为每股0.310港元（2026年6月）和最低价为每股0.124港元（2025年9月）。公司已宣布，于2026年8月14日至8月19日（包括首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记，股东应于8月13日下班前递交过户文件。董事会强调，本次回购将以不影响公司业务运营及财务稳健为前提，符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
