Shenzhen Transsion Holdings announced that, in compliance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and its Articles of Association, the company will transition to an electronic-first model for disseminating all future corporate communications effective 30 October 2026.
Under the new framework, “Actionable Corporate Communications” — materials requiring shareholder instructions or elections — will be emailed individually to shareholders. If Transsion lacks a functional email address for a shareholder, the relevant documents will be dispatched in printed form together with a request form to obtain a valid email address for future use.
Routine corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms, will be posted on both the company’s website (www.transsion.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). No separate hard-copy or email notifications of publication will be issued; shareholders are encouraged to monitor these sites proactively.
Shareholders may register or update their email addresses by scanning the QR code on the company’s request form (valid for two months from the dispatch date) or by contacting Tricor Investor Services Limited via post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or email (2636-ecom@vistra.com) with at least seven business days’ notice.
Printed copies remain available on request at no charge. Any such preference will remain valid until revoked, superseded or the end of the financial year, whichever occurs first; shareholders wishing to continue receiving hard copies must submit a new written request each year.
Further details of these arrangements are provided in the “Investor Relations” section on the company’s website. For enquiries, shareholders can contact Tricor Investor Services Limited at +852 2980 1333 during business hours or via the dedicated email address above.
