China Water Affairs Group Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on 29 June 2026 to review and approve the consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2026. The agenda also includes deliberation on a potential final dividend recommendation and other corporate matters.
The notification, released on 8 June 2026, confirms that Chairman Duan Chuan Liang will preside over a board comprising four executive, four non-executive, and four independent non-executive directors.
