2026年8月24日，华讯股份有限公司（00833）发布公告，就出售Bonroy Limited全部已发行股本相关事项披露最新进展。
根据2026年6月16日破产管理人发布的分配公告及分配表，公司有权收取人民币156,945.61元作为代价的部分结算款项，并收取人民币304,706.23元作为债务的部分结算款项，两笔款项合计人民币461,651.84元（约46.17万元）。华讯已于2026年8月21日实际收到上述资金。
公司表示，该合计款项将于截至2026年12月31日止年度的经审计综合财务报表中确认为收入。由于公司已在截至2019年12月31日止年度的经审计综合财务报表中对相关代价及债务作出全额减值，目前无法确定未来是否会有进一步分配。
华讯称将继续密切关注破产资产分配进展，并在适当时候就任何重大事项另行发布公告。公司提醒投资者买卖公司证券时保持审慎态度。
