随着大型云厂商继续加大AI基础设施投入，数据中心内部对高速互连、低延迟传输和光电转换的需求提升，市场交易从AI芯片逐步扩散至光模块、网络芯片、光子材料和连接方案等环节。
此前野村研报提到，AI基础设施建设升温正在推动光通信上游材料需求增加，磷化铟衬底、EML外延片等产品存在涨价预期。
