中国中免(01880)披露，2025年度利润分配方案已获年度股东会审议通过，公司将向全体股东派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息，每股派发现金红利人民币0.45元（含税）。
根据公告，H股股息将以港币支付，按年度股东会前五个工作日中国人民银行公布的人民币兑港元平均基准汇率（人民币0.869674元兑1港元）换算，折合每股0.517435港元（含税）。H股股东权益登记日为2026年7月13日，除净日预计为2026年7月8日，公司自7月8日至7月13日暂停办理H股股份过户登记。为符合收取股息资格，H股股东须于7月7日下午4时30分前将过户文件及股票交回香港中央证券登记有限公司。公司预计于2026年8月14日前后向H股股东派发末期股息，相关支票将由香港中央证券登记有限公司以平邮寄出。
公司表示，将严格按有关法律法规及股东名册代扣代缴相关所得税，并提醒股东就自身税务事宜咨询专业意见。A股末期股息派发安排将另行公布。
