京能清洁能源（00579）9月2日公告称，公司将于2026年9月22日10时在北京市朝阳区西坝河路6号8楼802会议室召开2026年第二次临时股东大会，审议拟修订公司章程及重选并选举第六届董事会董事等事项。为确定股东出席临时股东大会及投票资格，公司将于2026年9月17日至9月22日（包括首尾两日）暂停办理H股股份过户登记手续。
凡于2026年9月22日名列公司股东名册的股东，有权出席会议并投票。尚未完成过户登记的H股股东，如拟参会，须在2026年9月16日16时30分或之前，将过户文件及股票证书送交香港湾仔皇后大道东183号合和中心17楼1712-16号铺的香港中央证券登记有限公司办理登记。
公司将于2026年9月4日左右发布临时股东大会通告及相关通函，披露会议及议案的进一步详情。
截至公告日，公司董事会成员包括：执行董事陈大宇、李明辉、张伟；非执行董事周建裕、郭尧、王婧；独立非执行董事赵洁、王洪信、秦海岩、胡志颖。
