On 26 October 2026, Trillion Holding Group Limited (formerly China General Education Group Limited) announced the formation of a wholly owned subsidiary dedicated to Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) education and training.

The new operating arm will roll out vocational programmes in AIGC-driven film production and brand advertising design, targeting students majoring in art and design. Course delivery will integrate resources from leading domestic art institutions—including the China Academy of Art and the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts—to create a full-cycle ecosystem covering curriculum development, hands-on training and career placement.

Management views the initiative as a strategic extension of the Group’s existing education business, positioning Trillion Holding to address rising demand for AI-enabled design talent across film & television studios, brand design agencies and digital cultural enterprises. The Board states that the project aligns with national policies on digital talent cultivation and supports the Group’s long-term growth objectives.

Trillion Holding plans to provide further updates in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.
