Sep 24

Daido Group Limited announced that its Interim Report 2026 is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (https://www.irasia.com/listco/hk/daido/index.htm) and on the HKEX website (https://www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders may provide an email address to Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited to receive electronic notifications of future corporate communications instead of printed notices. If no valid email address is supplied, printed notification letters will continue to be mailed to the address on record.

Shareholders can request hard copies of any corporate communication at any time by writing to Daido’s Hong Kong share registrar, Union Registrars Limited (Suites 3301-04, 33/F., Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong) or by emailing 544-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk. Requests for hard copies remain effective for one year from receipt, unless revoked or superseded earlier; a new written request is required after the one-year period to continue receiving printed materials.

Enquiries can be directed to Union Registrars Limited on (852) 2849 3399 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays). The notification letter is dated 24 September 2026 and signed by Executive Director He Xinyu on behalf of the Board.
