Weiye Holdings Calls 7 September 2026 EGM to Vote on Name Change to DJSH International

Weiye Holdings Limited has issued a notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 7 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in Shenzhen. The single agenda item is a special resolution to change the company’s English name from “WEIYE HOLDINGS LIMITED” to “DJSH International Holdings Limited,” conditional upon approval from Singapore’s Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).

If the resolution is approved, any one director will be authorised to handle all requisite filings and registrations to implement the name change.

To determine shareholders’ entitlement to attend and vote, the register of members will be closed from 2 September 2026 to 7 September 2026, inclusive. Share transfers must be lodged with Hong Kong share registrar Tricor Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on 1 September 2026. The record date for voting rights is 7 September 2026.

Shareholders holding more than one share may appoint one or more proxies; corporate members must execute proxy forms under seal or through authorised signatories. Completed proxy forms must reach Tricor Investor Services at least 48 hours before the meeting.

As of the notice date (6 August 2026), the board comprises executive directors Chen Zhiyong and Wang Longsheng, and independent non-executive directors Liu Ning, Dong Xincheng and Chan Sze Man.
