Coastal Greenland Limited (abbrev. COASTAL GL) has released an updated roster of directors and committee memberships, in force from 11 September 2026, as part of its ongoing corporate governance framework.

Board of Directors • Executive Directors: Jiang Ming assumes dual responsibilities as Chairman and Managing Director, joined by fellow Executive Director Lin Chen Hsin. • Independent Non-executive Directors: Wong Kai Cheong, Yang Jiangang and Huang Xihua continue to provide independent oversight.

Committee Appointments • Audit Committee: Chaired by Independent Non-executive Director Huang Xihua, with Wong Kai Cheong and Yang Jiangang serving as members. • Remuneration Committee: Chaired by Yang Jiangang, joined by Wong Kai Cheong. • Investment Committee: Lin Chen Hsin will lead the standalone committee. • Nomination Committee: Chaired by Wong Kai Cheong, with Huang Xihua as member.

The updated governance structure was formally announced in Hong Kong on 16 October 2026.
