CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust issues 19.6 million new units to settle fees

CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (C38U) said on Sep, 11 2026 that it has issued a total of 19,568,964 new units to pay an acquisition fee and part of its management fee.

The manager received 16,520,523 units, priced at 2.3607 Singapore dollars each, as settlement of a 39.0 million Singapore dollars acquisition fee linked to the purchase of Paragon.

A further 3,048,441 units, issued at the same price, were allotted to Premier Healthcare Services International Pte Ltd as 50% of the base management fee covering Apr, 1 2026 to Jun, 30 2026. The remaining 50% of that fee will be paid in cash.

Following these issuances, CICT’s total outstanding units rose to 7,974,048,554, while the manager’s direct holding increased to 91,177,251 units.
