具体构成如下：
1. 信用减值损失：3,867.14万元。 2. 资产减值损失： • 存货跌价损失3,799.73万元； • 无形资产减值损失209.47万元。
上述计提将导致公司2026年前三季度合并报表税前利润减少7,876.34万元，并相应减少报告期末所有者权益，对经营现金流无影响。
公司董事会审计委员会表示，本次计提基于谨慎性原则，符合《企业会计准则》和公司相关会计政策，能够真实、公允地反映公司的经营情况和资产状况。
