China Hongbao Holdings Limited released its latest Corporate Communication package—which includes the Circular, Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting and Proxy Form—on 28 August 2026. Both English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.hongbao8316.com) and on the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board urges shareholders, particularly non-registered holders whose shares are kept in CCASS, to review the documents online. Those who face difficulties in accessing the web-based materials may obtain printed copies free of charge by submitting a signed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 8316-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered holders wishing to receive electronic notifications for future corporate communications must provide a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is registered, the company will dispatch only printed notices of publication.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on +852 2980 1333, available Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays).

The communication initiative aligns with the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance shareholder engagement and operational transparency ahead of the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting.
