上海复旦(01385)公布2026年中期财报显示，截至2026年6月30日止的上半年营收约为人民币22.25亿元，同比增21.03%。公司经调整净利润(扣除非经常性损益后)约为4.12亿元，同比大幅增长125.88%。综合毛利率为56.99%，与上年同期保持稳定；经营活动产生的现金流量净额约为7.70亿元，同比增长315.09%。

在费用端方面，报告期内公司持续加大技术研发投入，整体研发支出较去年同期增长10.42%，研发投入占营收比例为26.45%，较去年同期下降2.54个百分点。

业务分项

公司在FPGA产品线上半年营收约7.40亿元，较上年同期约6.81亿元增长8.66%，主要受多元化产品需求推动。安全与识别产品线营收为4.72亿元，同比上期3.93亿元增长约20.10%，其射频识别(RFID)及NFC等产品表现活跃。非挥发存储器业务营收达6.21亿元，对比上年同期的4.40亿元提升约41.14%，在工控仪表、安防监控等领域需求旺盛。智能电表芯片业务收入为2.75亿元，相比去年同期的2.48亿元增长约10.89%。
