阿诺医药（Adlai Nortye）今日宣布，其自主研发的AN4035——一款首创的基于泛Ras(on)抑制剂的抗体偶联药物（ADC）——已在澳大利亚顺利完成首例患者给药，同时，该药物也已获得美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）的临床试验批准（IND clearance）。
AN4035作为一款突破性的ADC候选药物，靶向Ras激活状态下的肿瘤细胞，这一机制在同类药物中尚属首创。此次在澳大利亚启动的临床研究，标志着该药物全球开发进程中的又一个关键里程碑；而美国FDA的IND许可，则为其在美开展临床试验扫清了监管障碍，铺平了前进道路。
据悉，AN4035的设计理念旨在通过精准递送强效抗肿瘤载荷至Ras突变的癌细胞，同时降低对正常组织的毒性，有望为当前缺乏有效治疗方案的Ras突变肿瘤患者带来全新选择。
