Oct 02

Mi Ming Mart Holdings Limited released its monthly return for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming a stable share capital structure and continued adherence to Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements.

The company’s authorised share capital stayed unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, representing HKD 20.00 million in authorised capital. Issued shares also remained flat at 1.12 billion, and no treasury shares were held or cancelled during the month. Consequently, total issued share capital continued to stand at HKD 11.20 million on a par-value basis.

No new shares were issued and no share repurchases, cancellations, or transfers occurred in September. The share option scheme adopted on 23 January 2018 saw no options outstanding, granted, or exercised during the month. However, the scheme still allows for up to 112.00 million additional shares to be issued upon future option grants and exercises.

Mi Ming Mart confirmed that at the close of September it met the minimum 25% public-float threshold stipulated under GEM Rule 17.37B, ensuring compliance with listing requirements.

The filing, signed by Company Secretary Mak Yau Kwan on 2 October 2026, also affirms that all corporate actions during the period adhered to prevailing regulatory and listing rules, with no outstanding conditions or financial obligations related to securities issuance or treasury-share transactions.
