此次末期股息已获股东批准，除净日为2026年6月1日，最后递交股份过户文件时限为6月2日16时30分，暂停办理股份过户登记手续日期为6月3日至6月8日，股权登记日为6月8日，股息派发日为6月30日。
代扣所得税安排方面，公司作为外商投资企业，毋需为非居民H股个人股东代扣代缴非居民个人所得税。对于名列H股股东名册的非居民企业股东，公司派息时将按10%税率代扣代缴企业所得税。以非个人股东名义登记的H股股份均被视为非居民企业股东所持股份，其应得股息将被扣除相应税款。
