China Tourism Group Duty Free Corporation Limited (CTG DUTY-FREE) confirmed that its board has approved a profit-sharing plan for the first three quarters of 2026. The resolution, authorised by shareholders at the 2025 annual general meeting, sets a cash dividend of RMB0.40 (tax inclusive) per share.
As of 30 September 2026, the parent-company financial statements showed undistributed profits of RMB2.48 billion (unaudited). Applying the proposed payout to the current share base of 2.08 billion shares, the total dividend distribution will reach approximately RMB0.83 billion, representing 22.65% of profit attributable to equity holders for the nine-month period.
Dividend currency and FX terms: A-share holders will receive payment in RMB, while H-share investors will be paid in Hong Kong dollars at HK$0.46710 per share, calculated from the five-day average PBoC fixing of RMB0.856354 to HK$1 prior to the 30 October board meeting.
Key timetable for H shares: • Ex-dividend period: register closes 16–19 November 2026 (both days inclusive) • Record date: 19 November 2026 • Expected payment date: on or about 21 December 2026
The board stated that, should the company’s total share capital change before the record date owing to conversions, buybacks or other corporate actions, the aggregate cash payout of RMB0.83 billion will remain unchanged; the per-share amount would be adjusted correspondingly.
Withholding tax arrangements follow prevailing PRC regulations: a 10% enterprise income tax will be deducted for non-resident corporate shareholders, while individual investors are generally subject to a 10% rate, adjustable under applicable tax treaties. Domestic investors accessing H shares through Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect will incur a 20% individual income tax.
The dividend plan was approved by the board on 30 October 2026 under the chairmanship of Mr Fan Yunjun and will be implemented upon completion of the stipulated procedural steps.
