此次股息将以港币派付，实际派发金额将按股东大会召开前五个工作日中国人民银行公布的人民币兑换港币平均基准汇率折算，具体金额有待公布。除净日定于2026年7月6日，递交股份过户文件的最后时限为7月7日16:30，股份过户登记将自7月8日至7月13日暂停办理。权益登记日为7月13日，符合资格的股东将于2026年8月14日收到股息。
根据公告中的代扣所得税安排，对于非中国内地居民企业股东（包括以香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司名义登记的H股股东），将按10%税率代扣所得税；通过沪港通或深港通投资H股的内地个人及证券投资基金，适用税率为20%。其他股东类型的相关税务处理已在通函中列明。
