Smart Globe Holdings Limited released a positive profit alert, projecting net profit for the six months ended 30 June 2026 (H1 2026) at HK$15.00 million–HK$21.00 million, compared with HK$10.50 million in H1 2025. The outlook implies year-on-year growth of approximately 42.9%–100.0%.
The improvement is anchored by the supply chain management services segment:
• Segment revenue is expected to reach up to HK$148.00 million, a surge of about 213.1% from HK$47.30 million a year earlier.
• Segment profit is projected at up to HK$29.00 million, nearly doubling the HK$14.80 million recorded in H1 2025, representing approximate growth of 95.9%.
Management attributes the stronger performance to three factors: rapid scaling of supply chain operations across Sub-Saharan Africa’s Copperbelt trade corridors; a more favourable customer mix supported by deeper collaboration with strategic partners; and the addition of petroleum transportation and warehousing services, which broadened revenue streams and lifted network utilisation.
The figures are based on unaudited management accounts and may be adjusted when the interim results are announced in late August 2026. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
