2026年11月3日，阳光油砂（港交所股票代码：02012）发布截至2026年10月31日的股份变动月报。公司本月股本结构较上月出现变动，普通股从上月底的711,354,444股增加至853,548,725股，增幅为142,194,281股。注册股本并无更新。
报告期内，阳光油砂完成了两笔新增股份发行：一是根据与相关债权人签署的债转股协议，于10月8日以每股0.171港元发行98,494,281股普通股，作为偿付16,842,522港元债务的一部分；二是于10月12日以每股0.16港元向认购人定向增发43,700,000股普通股，对价合计6,992,000港元。该两项发行均依据股东于2026年6月22日通过的一般授权完成。
