PACIFIC LEGEND（08547）9月8日在港交所披露盈利警告称，依据目前可得资料及截至2026年6月30日止年度未经审核综合管理账目，预计该财年归属于股东的亏损不少于49.0百万元。
与此相比，集团在截至2025年6月30日止十八个月期间录得的归属股东亏损为5.2百万元。本财年亏损大幅扩大的主要原因包括： 1. 失去一名主要客户（一家知名香港物业发展商），导致营业额显著下降； 2. 阿拉伯联合酋长国一项主要项目动工延迟，令本期确认的收益减少。
公司董事会表示，正密切关注相关情况，并将寻求进一步措施以减低损失。集团2026财年经审核年度业绩仍待最终确认，相关公告预计将于2026年9月28日发布，届时数据或有调整。
公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
