中国旅游集团中免股份有限公司（01880）9月22日在上海证券交易所网站发布公告称，公司已定于2026年9月30日（星期三）14:00-15:00，通过上证路演中心（网址：https://roadshow.sseinfo.com/）以网络互动形式召开2026年半年度业绩说明会。
公司表示，此次说明会将围绕2026年上半年经营成果及财务状况，与投资者进行交流并在信息披露允许范围内答复普遍关注的问题。
投资者可于2026年9月22日至9月29日16:00前，登录上证路演中心首页“提问预征集”栏目或通过公司邮箱cdfir@ctg.cn提交问题，相关提问将在说明会上集中回应。
