捷利交易宝（08017）于2026年8月20日发布公告称，公司于当日在香港联交所场内回购股份920,000股，占回购前已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数700,922,400股约0.13%，回购价格介乎每股1.19港元至1.245港元，合共支出1,121,980港元，折合约112.20万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）数目变动为700,002,400股，库藏股数量增至49,997,600股，已发行股份总数仍为750,000,000股。公告显示，此次回购基于公司于2026年6月30日获得的回购授权，最高可回购70,693,600股；截至目前，已在该授权下累计回购13,788,000股，约占授权通过时公司已发行股份总数的1.95%。本次场内回购完成后，公司的新股发行或库藏股再出售及转让将受30天暂止期限制至2026年9月19日。
公司确认已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由执行董事刘勇签署。
