公告显示，回购股份的资金须来自符合公司上市地相关法例及所属地百慕达适用法律规定的合法资金来源。公司董事会表示，此次回购旨在提升每股账面价值、优化资本结构并回馈股东，认为该计划符合公司及全体股东的利益。
