Grand Field: AGM Resolutions Secure Unanimous Shareholder Approval

Grand Field Group Holdings Limited (Grand Field) reported that all ordinary resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting on 11 June 2026 were passed by poll with 100.00% of votes cast in favour.

The 15.97 million shares voted represented an attendance rate of roughly 77.12% of the 20.71 million issued shares entitled to vote. No shares were required to abstain, and no votes were recorded against any resolution.

Key approvals included: • Adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025. • Re-election of executive directors Mr. Kwok Siu Bun and Ms. Kwok Siu Wa Alison, and independent non-executive director Mr. Tsui Matthew Mo Kan. • Authorisation for the board to set directors’ remuneration. • Re-appointment of Zhonghui Anda CPA Limited as auditor and authorisation for the board to fix its remuneration. • General mandates allowing the board to issue new shares up to 20% of issued share capital, repurchase up to 10%, and extend the issue mandate by the number of shares repurchased.

All seven board members attended the meeting, and Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as the scrutineer for vote-counting.
