Diagens-B (02526) announced that it has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Yongjiang Laboratory, a key digital intelligence innovation platform established in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, to jointly advance the training, optimization, validation, and demonstration applications of medical imaging large models in Guangxi.

The cooperation term spans three years from the effective date of the agreement.

Both parties intend to leverage Yongjiang Laboratory's regional coordination capabilities to connect with clinical diagnosis and treatment as well as medical insurance application scenarios across medical institutions at different levels within Guangxi.

Combined with the company's iMedImage® medical imaging foundation model and intelligent software and hardware product capabilities, the collaboration will cover model training, deployment optimization, multi-center clinical validation, testing and evaluation, and demonstration applications.

The two parties also plan to promote relevant solutions to the national healthcare and medical insurance systems based on application results from benchmark demonstration hospitals and regional medical consortiums in Guangxi.

They will also leverage Guangxi's geographic advantage as a gateway to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) to explore medical technology cooperation and the export of software and hardware products targeting ASEAN markets.

The board of directors believes that this cooperation will help the company enrich its model training and clinical validation conditions by leveraging Guangxi's multi-tiered medical scenarios, enhance its scenario adaptation and deployment service capabilities, and accelerate the large-scale application and commercialization of its medical imaging large models.

Demonstration applications in Guangxi can also provide a reference for nationwide promotion and, combined with its geographic advantage toward ASEAN, create conditions for the company to expand into overseas markets and promote the export of China's intelligent medical solutions.

This cooperation aligns with the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
