Weiye Holdings projects RMB62 million interim loss as receivables provision deepens

Weiye Holdings Limited has issued a profit warning, indicating an expected loss attributable to owners of approximately RMB 62.00 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The anticipated deficit compares with a RMB 22.00 million loss recorded in the same period of 2025, pointing to a year-on-year deterioration of about RMB 40.00 million.

Management attributed the enlarged loss primarily to a RMB 44.00 million loss allowance recognised on trade and other receivables during the first half of 2026. The board emphasised that the figures are based on unaudited consolidated management accounts and remain subject to review by the company’s auditors and audit committee.

Weiye Holdings plans to release its full interim results by the end of August 2026 in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares until the reviewed results are announced.
