Mobile Internet (China) to be Delisted from Hong Kong Exchange on Aug. 14

Mobile Internet (China) Holdings' (HKG:1439) listing of the company shares on the Hong Kong Exchange will be canceled, effective Aug. 14, a Monday filing wit the Hong Kong Exchange said.

Trading in company's shares was initially suspended on Sept. 1, 2022 after the company had failed to publish its 2022 interim results on time and subsequently failed to fulfill the resumption guidance as set by the Exchange.

The listing committee had decided to delist the company on March 25, for which the company had appealed for a review of the decision by the listing review committee, which was rejected on July 10.
