顺诚(00531.HK) 公布，私有化计划于上周五(25日)举行的法院聆讯中获大法院批准，大法院亦于同日在同一聆讯中确认该削减。另外，待余下条件于今年11月5日或之前获达成或豁免后，计划预期将于今年11月5日或之前生效。
顺诚表示，已向联交所申请，并获联交所批准撤销股份的上市地位，将自今年11月7日下午4时正起生效，惟须视乎计划生效而定。(js/w)
