Autagco (SGX:1D3) formerly known as LifeBrandz, issued and allotted 166,666,661 shares in the company's capital at SG$0.003 apiece to certain subscribers, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

Earlier this month, 15 subscribers had agreed to subscribe for the said number of new ordinary shares in

the capital of the company amounting to an aggregate consideration of SG$500,000, the filing said.

Following the completion of the proposed subscription, the total issued and paid-up share capital of the company has increased from 2,440,340,492 shares to 2,607,007,153 shares.

The issued shares were listed and quoted in Singapore today.
