2 月 28 日，据韩联社报道，韩国最大加密货币交易平台 Upbit 的运营商 Dunamu 已向首尔行政法院提起诉讼，要求撤销韩国金融情报局（FIU）实施的部分业务暂停令，并申请暂缓执行。
此前报道，2 月 25 日，韩国金融情报局（FIU）宣布对韩国最大加密货币交易平台 Upbit 实施监管措施。根据规定，Upbit 未来 3 个月内将被限制新注册用户的加密货币充值和提现业务。
Upbit 表示已进行必要的改进措施，认为某些因素并未得到 FIU 充分考虑，将通过适当的程序正式阐明其立场。FIU 的制裁可能发生变化，如果解除，新用户将恢复完全服务访问权限。现有用户不受影响。
