智通财经APP获悉，近日，宁德时代(300750.SZ)公布，发行境外上市外资股(H股)获得中国证监会备案，公司拟发行不超过约2.201697亿股境外上市普通股、并在香港联交所上市。
宁德时代表示，于3月25日收到中国证监会出具的《关于宁德时代新能源科技股份有限公司境外发行上市备案通知书》。公司自备案通知书出具之日起12个月内未完成境外发行上市，拟继续推进的，应当更新备案材料。公司申请发行境外上市外资股(H股)并上市尚需取得香港证监会和联交所等相关政府机关、监管机构、证券交易所的批准、核准。
据悉，宁德时代于2月11日提交香港上市申请，据报募资至少50亿美元(390亿港元)。据港交所披露，保荐人兼整体协调人包括中国国际金融香港证券有限公司、中信建投(国际)融资有限公司、J.P.Morgan Securities (Asia Pacific) Limited、Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) Limited；整体协调人包括高盛(亚洲)有限责任公司、摩根士丹利亚洲有限公司、UBS AG Hong Kong Branch。
