NextNRG (NXXT) shares were up more than 4% premarket Thursday after the company reported higher June fiscal 2025 revenue.
The company posted fiscal preliminary revenue of $6.98 million for June, up 231% from a year earlier.
The AI-driven energy firm delivered over 2.04 million gallons of fuel in June, up 270% from a year ago.
The company said that by expanding domestic operations across six US states and completing the acquisition of ReFuel Mobile in Canada, expected to close Aug 1, it is positioned to achieve $100 million in forward 12-month revenue.
The company said it is on a path to profitability in 2026.
