180 Life Sciences (ATNF) said Monday it sold about $156 million of senior secured convertible notes due 2028 in a private offering.
The company said the proceeds will be used to strengthen its balance sheet and expand its newly launched Ethereum treasury strategy.
It added that it plans to provide regular updates on its ETH holdings to ensure transparency for investors.
