BlockBeats 消息，8 月 18 日，据官方消息，ETHZilla 公司（纳斯达克股票代码：ETHZ）今日宣布正式启用全新品牌，标志着公司向以太坊战略储备转型迈出关键一步。这家前身为 180 Life Sciences Corp 的企业将把主要非传统业务转向构建“由社区共建、为社区服务”的以太坊（ETH）储备平台。即日起，公司普通股和公开认股权证将分别以新代码“ETHZ”和“ETHZW”在纳斯达克交易，原代码“ATNF”和“ATNFW”同步停用，股东无需就此次变更采取任何操作。
在成功完成 4.25 亿美元普通股及预融资权证私募配售（PIPE）与 1.5625 亿美元可转换票据发行后，公司已累计购入 94,675 枚 ETH，平均购入价 3,902.20 美元，当前价值约 4.19 亿美元。此外，ETHZilla 还持有约 1.87 亿美元现金等价物。
