Shunfeng International's Winding-Up Petition Adjourned to November; Shares Drop 4%

Shunfeng International Clean Energy (HKG:1165) said the hearing of its winding-up petition was further adjourned by the High Court of Hong Kong to Nov. 19, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The petition was previously scheduled for a hearing on Aug. 25.

The solar power generation company had been slapped with a petition by True Bold Global, which is seeking repayment of an alleged outstanding financial obligation of about HK$289.1 million.

Shares of the company declined nearly 4% in late-morning trade Monday.
