　　微盟集团（02013）盘中涨超15%，截至发稿，股价上涨12.31%，现报2.92港元，成交额16.44亿港元。

　　微盟集团宣布，拟配售约6.88亿股予无极资本，相当于经扩大已发行股本约16%，配售价每股2.26港元，配售事项所得款项净额约15.55亿港元。公告称，其中30%将用于探索AI在SaaS中的整合及应用、30%用于扩大媒体渠道及加强精准营销服务、10%用于海外业务发展、30%拨作补充营运资金及一般企业用途。

　　公开资料显示，无极资本是一家双总部设于阿布扎比与中国香港的投资机构，在AI领域已深度参与多家龙头企业的战略投资，具备丰富的产业经验与资源整合能力。完成配售后，无极资本将成公司最大单一股东，持股持股16%。国际资本的加入将进一步优化微盟集团的股东结构，加速其“大客化、生态化、国际化”战略推进。
