百果园集团（02411.HK）拟配售2.795亿股新H股，占扩大后H股总数约16.1%，及扩大后股份总数约15.4%；每股配售价1.17港元，较上周五（9月19日）收市价1.45港元折让19.31%，募资总额约3.27亿港元。
百果园预计，配售事项募资净额约3.25亿港元，其中约61.5%用于支付一般业务过程中的贸易应付款项、约30.8%用于偿还银行贷款、及约7.7%用作集团的一般营运资金及行政开支。公司预计将于2026年6月30日前悉数动用上述配售所得款项净额。
百果园指，配售事项将有利于增强公司的流动性和财务状况，扩大公司股东基础，优化公司的资本结构。
百果园集团（02411.HK）于2023年1月16日在港交所挂牌上市，当时IPO募资约4.96亿港元。截至上周五（9月19日），其每股收报1.45港元，较IPO发行价（每股5.60港元）累跌74.11%，目前总市值约22.32亿港元。
