智通财经APP讯，港仔机器人(00370)公布，于2025年9月22日(交易时段后)，公司的全资附属公司AI集团、香港仔机器人(公司的附属公司，由公司持有51%及达闼持有49%)的全资附属公司香港仔机器人中国公司及达闼已签订技术许可协议，据此，达闼已批准香港仔机器人中国公司及其联属公司于大中华区使用达闼及其联属公司约1,780项专利及110项软件着作权(IP)，包括(i)使用人形机器人操作系统及云脑平台相关IP以及机器人经营许可技术的独家权利;及使用人形机器人智能关节相关技术及硬件以及其他核心硬件技术的IP的非独家权利。
公告称，集团一直推行战略计划，以开发及维护其自有的人形机器人，应用于教育、医疗保健、养老服务、物业管理及其他现实生活应用。此举符合集团位居技术创新前沿并把握机器人领域新兴市场机遇的目标。技术许可协议项下的IP对该战略的实施及商业成功至关重要。透过运用IP，集团旨在加速开发进程、提升人形机器人的功能性与可靠性，并缩短上市时间。IP包括专有操作系统、云脑平台及机器人操作许可技术，对创建精密高效的机器人解决方案不可或缺。
