消息面上，奥克斯电气公布，公司董事会宣布其已批准一项股息派付计划，公司将就截至2025年、2026年及2027年12月31日止3个年度向股东宣派及派付股息。根据股息派付计划，视乎当时市场状况以及董事会于相关时间的最终批准下，公司将保持就截至2025年、2026年及2027年12月31日止3个年度宣派及派付股息。每年的股息将不少于相关财政年度公司拥有人应占净利润的75%。
华泰证券发研报指，奥克斯电气是全球第五大、中国第四大空调提供商，空调业务遍布全球150多个国家和地区。公司主营家用空调和中央空调，以奥克斯主品牌和ShinFlow、华蒜、Aufit三大副品牌覆盖不同价格段，公司内销保持稳健，外销在ODM+OBM双轮驱动下快速成长，制造效率和成本管控能力领先，看好公司长期成长空间。
