智通财经APP获悉，越疆(02432)再跌超7%，截至发稿，跌5.32%，报39.54港元，成交额1.2亿港元。
消息面上，越疆此前宣布，以每股46.8港元配售1666万股新H股，预计净筹资7.71亿港元。配售事项已于11月13日完成。据悉，这是该公司继今年7月募资10.22亿港元后，四个月内第二次进行股权融资，累计筹集资金约18亿港元。
值得注意的是，11月11日，越疆机器人宣布与上市公司信维通信正式签署战略合作协议，双方将在具身智能机器人、高性能协作机器人等领域开展全方位合作。基于对越疆产品技术实力与服务能力的高度认可，信维通信将在其智能制造升级中，积极选用并采购越疆的机器人产品及系统解决方案。
