招商局港口控股有限公司（以下简称“招商局港口”）近日发布关于修订收购巴西的VAST交易最新的公告。

公告称，宣布与买方和卖方于2025年11月27日订立了经修订及重列的购股协议，涉及收购位于巴西里约热内卢州阿苏港的VAST原油码头项目70％权益。此次修订主要包括截止日期和代价的调整，截止日期延长至2026年11月28日，预计交割将比原定时间延迟约一年。

根据修订后的协议，买方在交割时应付的购买价调整为3.5亿美元（约27.3亿港元），但不得超过5.96亿美元（约46.52亿港元）。

VAST码头是巴西唯一可接卸VLCC开展原油过驳作业的非巴西国家石油公司营运的私营石油码头，巴西约30%的原油出口通过该码头运输，平均每天处理约56万桶原油。目前，其许可处理能力为每天120万桶，这些原油通过位于里约热内卢北部的设施运输。
