The Trendlines Group (SGX:42T) allotted and issued 51.4 million shares to several subscribers at SG$0.0666 per share, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were down over 1% in Tuesday trading.
Following completion, the company's share capital has increased to 1.37 billion.
The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on Jan. 2, 2026, the filing stated.
