Metro Mining (ASX:MMI) has reported record annual shipments of 6.2 million wet metric tonnes (WMT) from its Bauxite Hills operation in 2025, up 9% from the previous year and reaching the lower end of its revised guidance, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The December 2025 shipments also hit a monthly record of 543,000 WMT, 16% higher than last year, despite disruptions from bad weather and vessel delays, per the filing.
The mine production ceased on Jan. 3, leaving enough stock to load the final vessel at anchor, while the wet season maintenance program has now begun, the filing said.
The company held AU$57 million in cash and AU$62 million in senior debt at year-end, the filing added.
The company's shares fell 2% in recent Tuesday trade.
