Solarbank (SUUN) said Wednesday that the chief operating officer Andrew van Doorn will take on the additional role of company president.
Solarbank said it also renewed its at-the-market equity program with H.C. Wainwright, Research Capital Corporation, and Research Capital USA. Under the program, Solarbank may issue up to $50 million of shares, the company said.
