公告称，2025年股东应占基本溢利增加27%至86.2亿港元，主要反映出售非核心资产所带来的利润。2025年经常性基本溢利(不包括分拆出售交易)为62.6亿港元，2024年则为64.79亿港元。投资物业经常性基本溢利减少，主要反映出售迈阿密 Brickell City Centre 商场后的租金损失，以及香港办公楼租金收入减少。后者主要由于年内大部分时间香港办公楼市场空置率偏高，及新增供应持续令租金受压。然而，第四季市场开始出现回稳迹象。尽管市场环境充满挑战，该集团的办公楼物业组合仍然坚稳。由于现有租户扩充办公楼空间，加上首次公开招股市场转趋活跃重新带动租务需求，出租率维持平稳。太古坊二座及太古广场六座继续吸引追求优质兼备完善设施办公楼的租户，而整体物业组合的租户维持强劲的续租率。于去年底，金融业气氛改善，带动租务查询增加，太古广场受惠于中环较早出现的复苏趋势;太古坊在可持续发展的领导地位及社区营造的出色表现已获广泛认可，继续具备优势吸引寻求高规格办公空间的租户进驻。
