　　作为新茶饮赛道的头部品牌之一，古茗茶饮通过加盟方式实现快速扩张。公开资料显示，截至2025年中，古茗门店总数已突破11000家，成为继蜜雪冰城之后国内第二个突破万店规模的茶饮品牌，其门店主要分布在二线及以下城市，在乡镇市场拥有极高的渗透率。

　　然而，门店数量的激增并未完全转化为消费者体验的同步提升。据新浪黑猫投诉平台统计，近30天内，古茗茶饮收到有效投诉59起，完成率仅为49%。消费者集中反映的问题包括“服务态度差”、“喝出异物”以及“冰块过多”等。这些投诉数据背后，折射出品牌在高速扩张过程中，对加盟门店的标准化管理与食品安全管控可能存在的短板。
