智通财经APP讯，江苏宁沪高速公路(00177)发布2025年年度业绩，营业收入约202.89亿元(人民币，下同)，同比下降约12.54%;归属于上市公司股东的净利润约45.94亿元，同比下降约7.13%;每股收益0.9119元，拟派发现金股息每股0.49元(含税)。
本报告期，集团实现通行费收入约95.55亿元，同比增长约0.29%，通行费收入占集团总营业收入约47.10%，剔除建造收入后，占比约78.75%。其中，沪宁高速日均通行费收入约1508.2万元，同比增长约4.93%。
2025年，公司以巩固路桥主业优势为根基，以深化数智融合创新为引擎，以加速绿色低碳转型为路径，以培育可持续增长动能为目标，推动各项业务深度协同，迈入能级提升、质效双优的新阶段。
